Jasmine, a gentle black dog with brown facial markings, was found lying in the street near Boudha. She had terrible demodectic mange. The local street dog organization was called but were unable to attend. So Kate decided to come back weekly to treat her skin condition in situ. As Kate was leaving the place, the dog keeled over. Kate realized that something else was wrong. Jasmine was rushed to the vet and underwent an emergency hysterectomy for Pyometra (aggressive infection of the uterus). Jasmine has now fully recovered, has a glossy black coat, and is an obedient, friendly girl.
She is sponsored by David from the USA.
