Gopi was rescued on 24 September 2021 by Sapana near Gopi Krishna, clearly an old dog abandoned and now in very poor condition. Rushed to Animal Medical Centre where, following a blood test, he was given a blood transfusion by Peni, one of our healthy centre dogs. He stabilised, and was eating well and responded to supplements and good food. A lovely gentle dog, but too old to be returned to the street. Sadly, he died suddenly on 8 November 2021, probably from kidney failure.
