Amkha was brought to us on 11 July 2021 by Jyoti, who keeps a close on the street dogs in Simaltar/Arubari. He had an eye tumour that required chemotherapy treatment following a few days on antibiotics. Following a blood test to check his health, he started on the chemotherapy course on 26 July and the tumour had decreased noticeably a week later. He made a good recovery and was returned to the street on 3 September 2021.
