Thuli arrived on 28 June 2022, brought to our attention by Narayani from Simaltar. Blood tests showed low platelets and high creatinine, typical of a kidney problem and iron deficiency. She was treated with doxycycline and iron supplements and made a good recovery, but too old to fend for herself on the street, she stayed in the centre until she died on7 March 2023.
