A painfully thin, little waif of a dog, Chichi was found hobbling aimlessly in the fields below the monastery. A Sherpa girl carried her over to the centre, where Kate discovered she had a badly infected, maggot-infested wound on her foot. She responded immediately to antibiotics and daily cleaning of the wound. Chichi arrived in the centre in August 2018 as a large puppy, possibly 6 months old. She has been spayed and is fully vaccinated. She is a friendly, playful medium sized dog, with short hair and tan patches on a white coat. She is a free spirit, friendly and playful. She is trained on a lead and would make an excellent home dog.
She is being sponsored by Emma from the UK.
