Amithaba was brought in by a student from Kopan Monastery in December 2016. He was a beautiful golden-ginger pup who seemed healthy. We tried to find his owner but the pup was not known in the local community where he was found. After a few days, he became very ill; diagnosed with highly contagious parvo virus, he had to be kept in isolation for weeks. Eventually, he was cured. Amithaba is now a beautiful looking dog with an assertive but friendly nature. He is an energetic dog. He would make a fantastic pet for a family with a garden. His sponsor, Ines from Germany, is thinking of adopting him!
